Privacy policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026. This policy covers the Fast Transfer website (transfer.iraady.com) and the Iraady Transfer app for iPhone and Android. The service is run by Iraady Ltd, Kigali, Rwanda. Contact: info@iraady.com.

What we collect

• Account (optional): your name, email address and a hashed password. You can send files without an account.
• Files you send: the files you choose, their names, sizes and types, and how many times each link was downloaded.
• Emails you type: your own "From" address and the recipient addresses you enter, used only to email the download link.
• Technical logs: request logs on our server (time, address, page) kept for security and fixing errors.

What we do not collect

• No advertising, no tracking across apps or websites, no analytics or ad SDKs in the app.
• The app does not read your contacts or location.
• The camera, microphone and photo library are used only when you choose to take or pick something to send, scan a QR code, or save a downloaded file.

How we use it

Only to run the service: store and deliver your files, email links you ask us to send, sign you in, reset your password, and keep the service safe. We do not sell or share your data. Anyone who has a download link can download that file, so share links only with people you trust.

How long we keep it

• Files and their links expire after one year, or sooner when you delete them.
• Your account stays until you delete it.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed. In the app, your sign-in token is kept in the phone's secure storage.

Your choices

• Delete any file from "My transfers" on the web or in the app.
• Delete your account and all its files: in the app under Account → Delete account, or on the web at transfer.iraady.com/delete-account.html.
• Ask us for a copy of your data or any question: info@iraady.com.

Children

The service is not aimed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
